About the role We have an exciting opportunity for a Casual Sales Assistant to join our Glassons team. As part of our dynamic retail environment, you will play a key role in creating exceptional customer experiences and supporting the success of our stores across the below locations. Pacific Fair What you'll be doing Provide friendly and knowledgeable service to our customers, ensuring they have a positive shopping experience Assist with the presentation and maintenance of our store, ensuring it is clean, tidy and visually appealing at all times Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently, including cash handling and providing excellent service at the point of sale Restock and replenish merchandise as needed, ensuring products are always available for our customers Support the store team with various administrative and operational tasks as required What we're looking for Enthusiasm and a genuine passion for providing exceptional customer service Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with customers of all ages Strong attention to detail and the ability to work accurately and efficiently Flexibility and the ability to adapt to a fast-paced retail environment Prior experience in a retail or customer service role is preferred, but not essential What we offer At Glassons, we value our team members and are committed to providing a supportive and rewarding work environment.
